本次展出内容，以目前各厂商的焦点3D为主，除此之外，之前在E3展，出展过的作品，也将出现。还有索尼PS3的体感外设，微软XBOBX360的体感外设Kinect，也有一部分面向手机通讯，或者移动电子产品，像是IPHONE,IPAD等的作品出现。另外，CESA方面称TGS 2010将会进一步发展亚洲PC游戏业，所以本次日本本国，中国(包括台湾)，韩国等亚洲国家的主要游戏开发厂商，也将汇聚一堂商讨未来亚洲游戏业发展趋向。

　　除了亚洲地区，展会也为来自海外的业务商谈者，或者正计划进军海外的日本本国游戏厂商，设置了国际游戏商务交流展厅。此外，还将召开游戏业务综合会议《TGS交流会2010》，交流会主要对未来3D游戏业，以及未来游戏发展做一综合性的交流。

　　除了面向企业，媒体的情报，当然，也有面向普通群体的一些新的展会项目。例如，届时主办方会邀请国内外的COSPLAY爱好者，以游戏里的角色为主题，举办一次COSPLAY大赛。还有国际性的格斗游戏大会斗剧也确定在本次TGS 2010举办。

　　本次的东京电玩展主要的几家游戏厂商CAPCOM,KONAMI，SQUARE ENIX,SEGA,NBGI,微软，LEVEL-5都将如期参加，而如今处于电玩业霸主地位的任天堂，不仅拥有属于自己的展会SPACE WORLD，还拥有大批的拥护者，所以本届任天堂还是与往年一样不参加。本次中国游戏，动漫，影视产业的参展商较去年有大幅增加。陕西、云南、遵义、哈尔滨、江西……各地的都有。
